Well, hello to everyone who comes to visit my blog! Or maybe no one will read it and then I guess I am talking to myself!! I am a stay at home to 4 children and live in BC Canada. I have been married to my husband for 18 years. I began cross stitching many years ago with small projects and the past 5 or 6 years have graduated to larger projects. I have the priviledge of being part of a cross stitching message board. I began quilting about 5 or 6 years ago and throroughly love it. We live in a small space and a craft area was something I thought I would never have. Recently we converted a small storage room off of our bedroom into a sewing/craft room!! I absolutely adore my new space, as small as it is! We often have nursing staff in our home to help with the care of one of our sons. For a long time I felt I had no where to do what I really wanted to (ie: quilting) while they were here as we were in each others way. Now I have my special retreat space and I am much happier. I have been Blessed with wonderful children, a loving husband and a heart that wants to serve and bless God and those around me. Sharing my heart and the work of my hand is ways that I can accomplish that. Please let me know you have visited and share your blog space with me. Part of the reason I have felt inspired to do this is as I have recently discovered a whole realm of ladies out there that are alot like me, that love the things I love and that also delight in the things I delight in. I can’t wait to meet you!!

Welcome to the blogging community. I started my blog only a few months ago and I am really enjoying the process.
I found your blog when I seared for the quilting tag. I saw your blog post was very new and decided to say Hi. HI!
I live in Florida and I am a quilter, too. But, I mostly do small art quilts. Space is an issue for me, too. You are so lucky to have a sewing room. I have a kitchen table….
Check out my flickr account to see my miniQUILTures.
I look forward to forging a “cyber” friendship with you. If you get a minute check out my blog – http://www.myheart4him.wordpress.com.
See ya,

Hello,
Welcome to the blogging world. I enjoy reading other peoples blog…seems to me it is like a bunch of gals sitting around the kitchen table, coffee or solt drink in hand, just chit chating about husbands, religion, kids and of course quilting.
I live in Oklahoma – yes where all the tornados are during the year.
I am retired..active in my church,,,enjoy both vegetable and flower gardening also.
Amelia
